Class 27. 2pm. Concours D’elegance. A costume competition judged on the overall picture of elegance. Hard hats must be worn. £6 per entry.
A timed round to consist of a variety of challenging tasks and obstacles.
Riders may enter a maximum of 3 times. If you want to try and beat your time you can!
Riders may be lead or un-lead and unassisted. These competitions will be separate with placings to 3rd and trophy to the winner of each class. Rosette to every entrant. Winner to be announced at 2.30pm.

Rules and Conditions of Entry

All ridden horses and ponies must be 4 year or older.

No entry will be refunded after entries close except on production of a medical or veterinary certificate.

The judges decision is final. Any objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the incident and accompanied by a £15 deposit, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained.

No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers, their representatives or helpers for any loss or damage to spectators, competitors, their horses, dogs, grooms, friends or property under any circumstances.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without disclosing a reason. Or to alter/split/merge classes if found necessary.

It is the responsibility of all competitors to present themselves on time for their classes.

The organisers endeavour to adhere to times in the schedule. Please note these are approximate and may be subject to delay.

Horses must not be left unattended at any time.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
-
No bicycles to be ridden on the show ground.

Protective helmets must be worn at all times when mounted. Hats must adhere to current UK safety standard Kitemark PAS015:2011, Kitemark VG1 01.040 2014-12 and SEI ASTM F1163:2023.

All competitors must wear correct, safe riding dress. Showing attire is recommended for showing classes. Body protectors are recommended for jumping.

All attendees must clear up their rubbish. Please do not muck out in the car park.

All horses must have up to date flu vaccinations and proof must be available for inspection.
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of all present. All attendees must adhere to instruction given by event organisers.
Photographers will be operating on site. These images may be used in advertising, local press and on social media. If you do not wish your image to be used please speak to the secretary.
